This course focuses more on making small, sustainable changes to all aspects of your life to achieve optimal balance.
‘Balance’ is my motto, I do not believe in deprivation or detoxing – purely because that isn’t what makes people ‘happy’, it’s about tuning into the individual and finding out exactly what works for them, in all areas of their life. The changes I implement with my clients are realistic and therefore sustainable – rather than a ‘quick fix’.

6 sessions (each session is up to 1.5 hours)
24/7/365 contact (within reason)

Exercise
Mindfulness
Career / purpose
Changing patterns
Boundaries
