The other week I said bye bye to all processed foods, damaged fats and pesticides from my diet. I tried CPRESS’s ‘balance’ clean eating program. Honestly, I couldn’t have enjoyed it more!
What I love most about pre organised food programs is that I don’t have to think about what it is that I’m eating or cooking but also because each program has been cleverly thought out by a nutritionist, to ensure that you’re getting all the nutrients your body needs, you know that you’re being fuelled with the best food.
I’ve done cleanses before, but only juice ones and as good as they may be for your digestive system and for a one off detox, they are not sustainable and this is why the CPRESS food plans are so great.
The balance plan includes two delicious salads… My favourite being the ‘raw-violi’ one which is a bed of rocket with courgette and ravioli esque parcels filled with sunflower seeds, cashews and basil – it’s delicious! The devine breakfast granola made my morning, the dehydrated broccoli was like nothing I’ve ever tried and you’ll definitely feel as though the cacao ball was deserved by 7pm!
A few people have been asking my opinion about doing 5 day juice cleanses… Which of course, I would recommend (as a one off – not too regularly) but what I’m going to try myself is 3 days worth of juicing and 2 days from the clean eating programs, so I’ll let you know how I get on!
