This avocado and tuna salsa is mouthwatering and beyond simple! It’s great as a starter with tortilla chips.
1 fresh tuna steak
1 medium size tomato
1/2 red onion
The juice of 1 lemon
Chilli to taste
Handful of coriander
Toasted sesame seeds
– Chop the tuna, tomato and avocado into bitesize pieces, then finely chop the coriander, chilli and red onion.
– Toast the sesame seeds for 3 minutes @ 180C
– Once all prepared, put everything into a bowl – including the oil, lemon juice and sesame seeds and mix (with hands).
