Introducing the TBalance Method

What does balance really mean? Sometimes we’re told it’s about a healthy diet, sometimes we’re told it’s about sleep, or exercise, or mindfulness…the list goes on.

All of these things are, I believe, so incredibly important. But they don’t get to the root of what makes us truly happy as human beings.

Because for me balance is about more; it’s about really understanding ourselves and having a sense of who we are in the world.


How we get there

Achieving this, of course, is not always easy. That’s where I come in. I take a holistic approach to health - physical, mental and spiritual - to help my clients find out more about themselves. 

By improving the most important relationship any of us ever have - the one with ourselves - we can then start to enrich our lives, and find out what happiness really means.
